• The World Ice Golf Championship (TWIGC) is one of the world’s most unique sporting events.
• The Championship is held annually in the breathtakingly beautiful Uummannaq area of Greenland, 300 miles within the Arctic Circle.
• The event attracts a selection of 36 international golfers – both professional and amateur players as well as a selection of media and personalities invited to play by the title sponsor.
• The 2002 event attracted great media interest from around the world including 144 pieces of international television coverage, 200 print stories and 15 radio coverage.
